Horrible company! Be careful. I tried the 7 day trial in January 2013. I canceled it right away last year. I just saw a $96.00 charge on my bank statement and called BeenVerified right away. He told me he was sorry but said I didn't cancel it last year. Which mean they charged me $96 last year and I missed it. He put me on hold and came back with "we can only give you a $48 credit" I said "never mind I'll call my bank and they will give me $96 back" He said rather than have you go through all the trouble of calling your bank I'll just issue you the $96.00 dollar credit (what a crock of S#@T) " He said I'll see it in 2-7 days. I'll be watching for it. Scammers!

I look forward to hearing from you so I can look into this further. Based on what you are describing, it sounds like your trial was not canceled as you intended, and you were billed for a renewal. We do state on the sign-up screen that our subscriptions are set to automatically renew at the end of your term, and we also state that we have a no refund policy. It sounds like the agent did his best to speak with his supervisor to make an exception to our policy and help you as much as he could in this situation. I would like to review the call to be sure you received appropriate assistance and to help ensure all of our customers are receiving the best possible support.

Please note that if we processed a refund for you, we process the refund right away, however depending on your financial institution, it may take a few business days for our refund to be reflected on your statement.
