“Very professional and prompt refund”

I ordered from DSStyles few items for funny X-mas gifts but delivery was not sure to arrive in time. DSstyle customer support was sincere and left a message telling me the delivery might be after Christmas. I asked to cancel the order and get a refund.
DSstyles was very prompt, sent the refund within hours (considering the time zone difference).

A+ for promptness and professionalism.
