Have to request permission to return items that were described as "poor quality" BY THE COMPANY when I expressed no interest in the items. Was given a shipping address to return the items and agreement to reimburse and then continually told they never received the item, even though I had a confirmation postal tracking number, and that I wouldn't be reimbursed. ABSOLUTE waste of money and horrible costumer service
