I completed all their requirements and now that I was finally able to retrieve my $ 30 pay after months of login each day and not qualifying for their surveys, my account was terminated. NO WAY to contact their office only by mail and the person that assists in live chat, has no answers and supposedly sent my case to a manager that was suppose to contact me in 1-2 days... LOL, it has been a week. INBOXDOLLARS.COM IS THE BIGGEST SCAM.

To follow up with you regarding your account and to clarify our terms. If you had a payment pending on the account and it was terminated this is because all accounts are reviewed at Payment processing time each week and if a violation of terms is found the account is closed.
If an account is found to be in violation of the terms then an account is closed and earnings removed due to those violations. This is stated in the terms: All payments are inspected immediately prior to processing. Payment requests belonging to Members who have become Inactive (as described above) or who have duplicate Accounts will not be processed and will be removed.
Without knowing your specific account information some of the reasons this might occur are due to;
1) Duplicate accounts from the same household, computer, address, or individual. InboxDollars only allows 1 account per person, per address, per household and per computer.
2) Invalid member information being provided to the advertisers who notify InboxDollars. Members must submit accurate and correct information to an advertiser and if invalid information is submitted in an attempt to earn a credit this can result in account closure.
3. Members marking they live in the US however they are accessing the site from a Non-US IP address.
These are just some of the reasons that can occur and all inquiries submitted to the Resolution Team are reviewed and responded to so if you have not received their response please check your Spam/Junk mail or contact them again to have your inquiry escalated for additional feedback.
In some cases the LiveChat agent can insert the response you were sent into the chat in the event the email was not found or accidentally deleted by the member.
InboxDollars does not terminated an account unless a violation of the terms have occurred.
