I will never use Agoda again.
There are many other travel companies out there stay away from Agoda.
I have booked numerous flights and room stays while
Traveling throughout asia for the last almost three months.
I booked a room online with Agoda which was to include breakfast every day.
When i recieved the confirmation there was no breakfast!
I have been calling Agoda and emailing them for over one week with no response.
Extremely poor customer service. There contact information states 24/7 contact 365 a year. This is not true!
As far as i am concerned terrible customer service!
Tip for consumers:
Try Kayak or any other travel
Company!!!!!
