I purchased a groupon for some classes and I am hooked I bought additional classes after my first class and just joined one of the challenges! If you are looking for a fun workout that will challenge you this is it! The staff is very friendly and knowledgable and the studio is clean. They have a great schedule as well to accomadate people who work.
