I purchased a dress for a wedding. I had seen it on other sites, but unfortunately I went with LITB! The dress not only did not fit but it also looked horrible on me.
I contacted them for instructions on returning the item and was told that it was "Custom Made". Really? I've seen this dress many times including Amazon...
This was my mistake for trying a new website instead of going with my trusted ones! NEVER AGAIN

Tip for consumers:
And I can return the item, at my expense, and they will store credit me 70%. They said the dress was tailored to fit! Really? So disappointing.
Again do not deal with these people.
