I have ordered everything from Groupon from hotels, trips, and other different items. I must say that I AM and have ALWAYS been impressed with EVERYTHING that they have to offer! GROUPON JUNKIE! I simply LOVE this site!
I ordered from this site for the FIRST and LAST time! I ordered 3 pair of boots and only received two pair. I received an email stating that they regret my issue, but it was nothing they could do because they had no way of knowing the weight of the shipment. They didn't even try to come up with a solution and I have paid for product that I have not even received! VERY DISSAPPOINTED in their customer service and my first experience! Not to mention how my two boxes look like they were stored in an old space... raggedy, broken down, and beat up!
Tip for consumers:
Be careful what, whom, and how you buy online! My First and Last experience because I have lost money due to unconcerned customer service! I Will truly say stay AWAY from NOMORERACK! I definitely will!
