I purchased online on 29th September 2022, When I placed my order online, I have checked the option to request for signature in delivering my package as a proof of delivery. Their carrier is CDL, it is also not reliable. In their tracking information, the status is delivered on 1 October 2022. I have requested to provide a proof that it has been delivered to my shipping address, but they cant provide it. I almost filed a claim for a refund. Luckily, my package actually arrived after 10 days.
