“Didnt get my package”

I ordered almost two months ago and I understand we are in a bad situation but they wont replay to me and I just asked for the status of my package, just tell me where is it! They didnt respond for two weeks now, not on facebook or email and Im sick of it and god knows if I get it or not. Worst service ever.
