I placed my first order and was billed for items on 1/29/13. Have not received items as of today 3/14/14. Phone line is constantly busy. Was unable to live chat, had to submit a ticket( which has not been responded to as stated within 24 hours). I guess my only option is to contact PayPal regarding my order.
