I ordered two guitars. They never arrived. Didn't give me a tracking # and has so far done nothing to correct or help the situation. Hasn't even responded yet. I can't afford to not get the guitars. Only reason I ordered them was bc I knew I could at least make what I paid for them if not more after I do them up. Need money desperately right now bc my family is in a tough situation financially. $65 lost with horrendous customer service that is close to impossible to get in touch with? Absolutely unacceptable. And why the hell do they refuse to provide a phone number? And why only allow a sentence or two to explain the enormity of hell my situation has been driving all over the city to different postal offices to see if someone can help me, and no one can bc tmart didn't provide me with a stupid tracking number.
