Anna thank you for your reply, however I would like to point out that yes u might have it in your small print that it is auto renew, however given the amount of complaints about your company online perhaps you should actually make an option, would you like auto renew at £22.95 per month, yes or no! You can also see that there is no activity on the account and perhaps send a reminder that we are paying for something that we are not using! Well done in scamming hundreds of pounds off people

I’m very sorry that you have had this experience with our service. We explain that the subscription is auto-renewing. A monthly subscription makes it easy for our customers to customize the resume and cover letter for each position for which they are applying, and also to avoid interruption on the service.
Our record shows that the subscription has already been cancelled by one of our representatives. We have also sent you a cancellation confirmation email for your records. As a courtesy, I have refunded the last charged for £22.95. Unfortunately, this is the maximum that we can refund. We do state on the sales page that the subscription auto renews on the 15th day if not canceled. We also mention this on every page in the payment process as well as in the order confirmation email we sent you after your purchase.
