I bought a havdelah set for my nieces bat mitzva 3 months ago. She did not receive all of the pieces. Despite calling repeatedly and emailing repeatedly I got no calls back. I finially was able to live chat and got a response. Now with multiple ignored emails I am finially getting sort of a response. Unfortunately they keep saying they need more information which I have sent 4 times and I still either get ignored or told they didn't get my email.
