Ordered a child's T shirt, Feb. 2018 well in advance for Easter. What finally came shortly before Easter was an adult woman's large/x large T shirt. Disappointing because the shirt was cute. Too late to exchange in time for Easter, but figured it could make (very expensive) sleepwear for the 9 year old. After some thought, contacted RB via chat and let them know they ought to take a look at their sizing. My intention was to be helpful to what seemed like a well intentioned start up company. I was pleasantly surprised when RB said, keep the shirt, or give it to charity (stock line, I've discovered) they'll send a new one correctly sized - and it would arrive special delivery before Easter. Bottom line? They never sent it. How do I know? Tracking info coupled by a call to PO who was able to track and confirm what I saw: Prepared for delivery - period. After several exchanges w/RB - and a ton of lies on their part - decided to come here and warn others away. Too bad, the actual product, apart from the gargantuan size, was adorable. Their service? The opposite. RB claims to have refunded my Pay Pal account, they'd better have.
