“Don't do business with this company”

I lost under 20$ ordering a women's shrug. It looked just fine but smells like it was dipped in gasoline. It has been hanging since I got it and still smells. When I opened a dispute their response was that I didn't send a PICTURE!

I will be more careful and only order from USA companies.
