I paid for a 1 year subscription cause I saw the 30 day money-back guarantee. After 4 days I asked to be canceled and asked for a refund (via email since they don't answer the listed phone).

After many emails asking for a refund I gave up and filed a complaint to the bbb (a bunch of shills. SEE: http://1ofthebiggestproblemsintheworld.com/WORST_Better_Business_Bureau/).

This is the message they sent me the first time:

If you wish to resign, you can remove your account by selecting\"My account\" under\"MY profile\" on the blue bar and click on\"Resign from Singlesnet\" under\"Account actions\" which is located in the bottom of the page and type in your password and your profile will be removed.

The shills at the bbb answer to my complaint was that the thieves at singlesnet.com indicated that I was supposed to phone my cancellation in.

I just gave up on the bbb since this was a similar response to my complaint with the thieves at 1an1.com

I believe that with the internet many of these thieves will be exposed and boycotted by the unsuspecting consumer. I believe WE now have the upper hand!
