So I ordered a blouse from OpenSky four weeks ago. It never arrived so I contacted them via email and was told to check the UPS tracking number, which I did. UPS says the information I was given was "pre-shipment" information and OpenSky never put it in the mail, but they charged me! Now I try to call, but the number is no longer working, and no one is responding to my emails either. This company has the worse customer service. I notice this sort of thing seems to be the normal operational procedure for them. DO NOT BUY from this company.
