I have never had a worst experience. I bought a scooter a month ago that came damaged, I have no manuals, no paperwork and I cannot get anyone to return my calls. They tell me parts are being shipped then they give me the manufacturers money and they don't return my call, these are the worst people I have ever dealt with, DO NOT buy from them
