I had seen Romwe been advertised on different social media websites and i thought i'd take a look at their content. I had seen so many lovely looking clothes that i just couldn't resist treating myself to a new wardrobe. I spent £31.11 which included £5.00 postage. I was told that it would take 5 days to deliver but from past experiences from buying from Asia, I was expecting it to take a slightly longer time. It's now been 3 weeks since I have ordered my clothes and have been emailed saying there was a problem with delivering. My delivery had spent 2 weeks in Belgium and I was told very little about the delivery and whether there would be any delays. I am very disappointed and will definitely not recommend Romwe to any friends, family or any of you! Please don't waste your money on such poor services.

Really sorry for the misunderstandings between us. We generally need 3-7 business days for preparing the items which are not included in delivery time. And the shipping time is business day but not day. You can also know that on our shipping page. Hope you can kindly understand. We found your parcel has been shipped on Nov 14th. The logistics company usually needs several business days for updating the information. Hope you can kindly understand. We found your parcel has been delivered and you may have received it already.
