I ordered two shirts from there. I waited almost 2 months to receive my products and they look absolutely nothing like the picture that I ordered from. I'm a bigger girl and I ordered and extra large and these shirts looked like they would hardly fit a small child. And apparently they don't make their own clothes so it's the manufacturers fault and they would have wanted pictures of the measurements before they would send a refund. It's called customer satisfaction guarantee... Anyone heard of that? So angry.
To add an update to this, per DressLily themselves as a request that they sent me in an email, they have decided to give me a full refund for my displeasure and inconvenience. I was very upset with the service I received but decided against sending them pictures of the measurements and just keep the stupid shirts. They wanted me to edit my post to make it more positive. So, just so people know, they do care about their customers because they wouldn't have gone out of their way to address this problem. Still recommend everyone research before buying online but I am very grateful that they are addressing my concerns.
