Is there anything negative to say about Amazon? Order from clothing to technology to books and never will you be disappointed. Delivery is fast too. Will keep shopping with them until their service dies (which I hope doesn't).

I've never shopped online from them, however I'm one of their most loyal costumers "in store". I love H&M because they keep track of the latest trends - while still selling classics and basic clothing - and their prices are cheap. I like the design too. Quality is generally good, although sometimes prices don't really "match" the item (you can find a 100% cotton top for 5 while a 100% polyester may cost 20), and this is the only thing I feel like I wanna warn potential costumers about. You could spend way too much money on a pretty but low-quality dress, while not noticing a great skirt with amazing fabric at a very cheap price. This being said they remain my favourite "low-cost" brand to date.

Items are really cool and well-made, but I'm not giving 5 stars because sometimes they cost a little too much compared to what they're worth. Despite some exceptions, however, their clothing doesn't look cheap. Nice selection of accessories and bags (fake leather) too. Never bought online, only in shop.

I have travelled many times across Europe with different companies, but not even one of them gets anywhere close to Lufthansa. While the prices are the same as a non-low cost company, you get a luxury service (in Economy class! Never tried Business) starting from meals, even with "special accomodations" (I am a vegetarian), to connecting flights: last year our plane landed very late and we were gonna miss the next flight for sure, hadn't it been for Lufthansa employees DRIVING us to the right gate in order to get on the plane. They also offer the "Miles & More" service (the more miles you fly, the more the price reduction on selected flights). I have travelled with them about ten times, and will definitely do it again whenever I can.

I honestly have no idea why there are so many negative reviews... I have now ordered a total of three times, and never was I disappointed. Items arrived on time, actually last time I got them a day earlier, and they are exactly what I ordered and expected. Sizing is fine, they run true to size: all in all I ordered three pair of shoes, two jackets, a pair of trousers, a body suit and a dress - everything looks and feels, material-wise, as pictured. Nothing was damaged or missing. Quality is comparable to H&M. Will order from them again.
