UPDATE: After posting this review and screenshots of the customer service I received, the site customer service team responded back to my reply email/this review. They have offered a full refund. I am only increasing my stars to 3, because of the follow up customer service. App is fine to use for creating content, but the initial customer services could use a little work.

I attempted to cancel my subscription for next year's service (I am not using the software). I have had an account with them for the past few years with little to no use. This past year I have not used it all.

The customer service said I missed my window to close it and refused to refund me for next year's subscription service. They give you a 10 day window before renewal date to cancel according to their customers service. Their defense was they sent an email. Well the email went to my spam.

Their customer service said they would still allow access to the site and 30% refund. I go in the site to log in make sure it cancelled for any future charges, and the site shows me "the account does not exist". So they cancelled my account and still charged me for service. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Shady way to do business with customers.
