I purchased a laptop and that was fine, but after the purchase they continue to charge me $9 monthly - when I called to inquire about it I was told I couldn't get a refund although they'd just charged my card less than 24 hours ago! A supervisor hung up on me and when I called back 30 seconds later I was told there was no supervisor in the office! I will never EVER purchase from them again!

Laptop after a purchase is complete it would be wise to reach out to the consumer to remind them of this ridiculous monthly $9 charge so it can be cancelled or continued
