"Well I believe GearBest can offer low price product but poor customer services.
First, the Live Chat service:
I has been wait for 20 mins. To chat but the guy call "Maxwell" just cut me off with out any reason. (Very Rube)
Second they will complete your paypal transaction but "On Hold" your order without any email or any communication.
Now my case is on PayPal looking for refund, cancel my order (They still ON HOLD my order)
Wish I hope it will be OK.
End up, they only want yor money but no service"
