I am stuck in the verizon monopoly. Have been in DSL land for the past 20 years. No upgrades offered. The worst internet I've ever had. The worst customer service. I just bought a wireless company and if that doesn't work out, I'll stop having internet at home, no sense in paying for a phone line I don't want and never having internet for $120 / month. Bleeping bleep the bleep off, Verizon!

“They simply don’t care abd it’s apparent from the top on down. I’m in a riff with them now due to josh from Rogers park I’ll Broadway location. If it doesn’t go my favor I’ll personally spearhead a class action”
