I ordered two pairs back in December (before Christmas) to this day 2/14, I have not received my order and no notification from Betabrand that my order is delayed. I have reached out to their customer services two times, response is typical - delay in production. Next week will be 2 months and nothing still. Customer Service did not offer a discount or credit, they did however, gave me option to cancel my order.
Take a good look at your order to make sure pants are in stock, apparently there is a way to look this up as you are ordering, I was not aware of this option.
I own one pair from several years ago and I love them, but this time it's been very disappointing.
