Purchased a wooden bat in Sept 2014 and the bat cracked
Purchased 2 more bats in March 2015 and both bats cracked
Son purchased a bat May 2015 and 2nd used bat cracked
Contacted company to complaint and after waiting on hold for over a hr and a half was told that their company doesn't offer warranty I asked for a future discount and was told that they don't give discount... my advise to all don't purchase anything with this company they're a RIP OFF!
