After 9 days of "preparing to ship out tomorrow" on items that the website claims to be available, Filtersfast is refusing to cancel my UNSHIPPED order. Customer service agents make up excuses and lie to you saying they emailed you when they have not. Only way to get your money back is to put in a stop payment with the credit card company directly. Total fraud. Do not waste your time with this company.
