Advertised picture of 3 lb tub of protein powder on sale but shipped 1 lb. When I emailed them they did reimburse the purchase price (and left 1lb with me)
I sent them my VHS tapes to convert (using a groupon deal) and they charged $160 more WITHOUT my consent. (Had my credit card on file). When I called they were extremely rude. Still waiting for a manager and I'm out $160!
And the quality of the DVDs was TERRIBLE!
