I placed a rush order for out of state funeral arrangement to be delivered to a funeral service for a dear friend. Their website stated they handled rush orders. I went on to work and was very disheartened when I received a message that they were not able to deliver the ordered flowers to the service. I called them and we agreed that they would try to deliver to the home or leave with a neighbor. I did state that if they couldn't do that I would like to have the order cancelled and get a refund. THEY DIDN'T EVEN TRY! The order was cancelled 2 minutes after I called. When I found out late in the day I called to ask about a refund. I was told they refunded on their end but it could take up to 24 hours for my bank to process. Its been five days and STILL NO REFUND!
