I bought the perfect outfit and love it! I received it very quickly and it actually looks just like online! A bit more expensive than I usually spend, but your clothing is so unique it's worth it!
I sent an email the day i received the sweater, explaining the issue and still have not received an answer. I've been very busy so I just haven't spent the time to contact you again. I have wanted to purchase a few more items, but since I'm having an issue hearing from you, I'm concerned that if the sweater does unravel, will I be stuck with a great sweater I can't wear?!
This is what I said in my email to you:
I do love your clothing, however, they are a bit more expensive than others, which is fine as long as the quality is good, which, for the most part is true. My issue is with the sweater is that it had a few flaws on the front with loose places, that I'm hoping won't begin to unravel as I wear it. I hand washed it inside out and laid it out to dry. Some of the "holes" did shrink, however there are a couple more that I'm concerned will begin to get bigger or unravel as I wear it. I didn't know if I just received one with issues (it happens). It may be just fine, I just wonder if it does unravel etc..will I be able to exchange it? I do have pictures I can send. Is there a different email that concerns clothing issues? I don't ever complain, but I really love this sweater and it would actually hurt if I couldn't wear it!!
