“Fouled up the dates charged my card no room and getting the run around for them to fix it!”

Booked the room for June reservation said march called for them to fix it guarenteed they would fix it, GUESS WHAT no fixed called again getting the run around they quickly took my money but no room! No empathy no fixing just a runaround!
