Great service at a good price. New screen arrived as scheduled, was well packed and protected, and worked perfectly. I don't think I found a video for my particular model (an HP Pavillion DV7) but the videos I found were very good and close to what I had. The ones I looked at at this site all mentioned smalll rubber caps over the screws in the bezel. Mine has a perferated plastic speaker grill that all you have to do is, using an x-acto knife, pry each end up a bit until you can see the screws. Believe me, that was the hardest part.
