The package was shipped in March and returned to their warehouse in China, it's October now and there is no news about the returned package. The insurance purchased along with the shipping fee has no use so you basically risk losing all your goods and the shipping fee.

Tip for consumers:
DO NOT USE THEM.

Products used:
I use them as a forwarding agent to consolidate purchases in China and forward to America.

Since the pandemic, they dont have many of their shipping options anymore. Not really their fault...
