Totally inefficient airline! They returned to the gate due to a mechanical problem. Said one hour. Eight hours later we are still waiting. Can't believe they couldn't assess in an hour and give us an accurate timeframe. Every hour they add another hour that we have to sit here. They should know whether it is a big job. They should get a different plane. They should let us know what is going on! We are at our home airport and could have gone home and returned. My husband went to talk to representative at gate and she just walked away.

Shopper Be Warned! Have been trying for several days to return a vest that sadly is too small. They keep sending me a link that does not work. How convenient for them. I will not shop on this site again.

Tip for consumers:
If you want an item try to find it on a different site!

*Update* I am updating my previous post to say my return was
Accepted and my credit posted without me having to contact them. Perhaps it was just a glitch
I am still willing to visit this website.

I have shopped this website for years and loved it. Now shipping is slow. I have yet to see a recent return processed. Customer service used to be beyond excellent. Updates when shipped. Updates when returns received. Updates when credit issued. I am currently waiting on my return. If there is an issue I will not shop here again. Unfortunate because I really did love this website.

Tip for consumers:
Be cautious. They have good items but if it doesn't fit you might be screwed returning it.

My local store has always had nice employees. However the news that WS laid off their temp workers a month before promised, a month before Christmas is disgusting and I will no longer support this company
