We scheduled a ride for 4 people with 4 large suitcases months in advance to take us from a bottle to our cruise ship. We were supposed to be picked up at noon, they called and said it would be 12:15. No problem! At 12:30, we called and were told there was an issue with the first driver and they were sending another. They even gave us a make, model, and color of the vehicle. Thirty minutes later, no ride. We called again and the girl said that she just got there and did not know what happened to the driver, but they only now had a sedan to pick us up. Four people with luggage! She said that they could get us there but not our luggage. Sorry, they'll refund our money. No help, since we're stranded with no ride! Fortunately, the hotel gave us the name of a cab company and when we called and explained the situation, the showed with a van within fifteen minutes. We were scheduled with ShuttleWizard to take us back to the airport, but we just canceled and will be using Lyft XL. Stay away!
