Will, never return, sucked up my 60 dollars had to pay for items and were cheap as could be...

My favorite site... the best. I am a buyer and have had nothing but the best... so far, only been on the coach sites... I am an avid buyer of coach, and got great deals on this sight... just recently purchased from others, items have not came in yet... so, due time will tell... otherwise... I have had sellers send me unbelievable thank you items that I would have paid more for than the coach I had bought...

On, March 10,2014 I was so angry... was ignored and had purchased a coat 3 months earlier... reviews said fast shipping. Ordered in Dec... and here in Illinois, getting seventy degree weather... asked for money back and forget coat... well the day I left many nasty messages, the next day I get the coat... A wonderful women, that wants to make it all good had contacted me... Arron- I think, great personality, and truly cares about the business. If it weren't for great attitude and just receiving the product after three months... I would have been at the BBB... I understand what everyone is talking about... and I didn't get any coupons or anything as others were offered in which I felt I should have with my not being able to where the coat this year. I actually, am pursuing my second masters in corporations and change for the better... I feel the lady, whom contacts everyone has a big job on her hands... I kinda think she has her work load, and feel sorry for her, because she is trying... but for those out there with the great experiences... good for you, don't rub it in so many people's noses who have not... actually with some of the grammar that was used and hard to follow sentences... not sure, I believe they are real people. But let me give all a word of advise, if you think you are paying a cheap price, don't expect the quality of a Ralph Lauren to show up at your door... you get what you pay for... there is NO 500 dollar dress for 75.00 ---- I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but if you expect that, then you will do much better at the good will store. When finally receiving my coat, I was happy, considering the price I had paid. If I would have paid 200, I would expect that quality... look I paid 37.00 for a very cute over stuffed sweat jacket that looks like a coat, but all in all, I got my money's worth... I will order from this company again, as long as I have ---someone like Arron to push it along, before the season is gone. And when I pay the cheap price I expect, to probably get cheaper than what they really do send. I am a person that buys coach bags for 400 a pop and Louis Vuitton bags for 900. So I am not critical about the quality, actually, better than I thought it would be... I don't have all the answers, but if you had a bad experience, it is your choice whether you order again or not. I will, give them another chance... just because, I really don't care if trendy clothes last long or not. And I will see what happens next time, believe me, I would never do it for a big event... you know cute outfit... if they do me right, will order again... if they don't then the if choose to order again... then i'm the fool... Good Luck to all, and remember if you had a bad experience, last thing you want, is someone shoving their great experience down your throat...
