I was the victim of a hit and run - while I was inside a store, my car was smashed into.
I took it to the auto body and had to argue with Geico for an inspector to go there to look at it, with that stress out of the way, they then tell me I will not get a rental car the next day (something included in my policy I have been paying for for 7+ years!) but they wont give me one, despite me paying for it in my policy... how do I get to work then and how does that make any sense?
They have bad customer service, a supervisor is yet to contact me back and they only added to the stress I already had from my car being hit. And they're too expensive. Go with another insurance company you'll be sorry if you don't.
