“The Website did not complete my order, Customer Service was very disappointing!”

Tried to place an order 5 times and the website kept clearing my cart. So I called their customer service # and they could not figure it out. I tried the chat line, and they could not complete my order or give me the promotion discount that they Emailed me. Very disappointing, I could not buy my gifts...
