“I tried numerous times to access a couples website...”

I tried numerous times to access a couples website to RSVP. I could not find them, although their card clearly stated how to reply via Wedding Wire. They were nowhere to be found on this site. I wrote to the developer and as of yet have not received any help regarding where/how to find this couple's registry!
