I returned a bra I didn't even try on... it was so preposterously not my size I didn't bother putting it on. Returned it a few days later. Was waiting for credit to appear, when about thirty days later in the mail I received the old bra back with a nasty little note about them not accepting the bra because of stains and or odor. This is an obvious ploy by the vendor to cheat people out of their money by not issuing refunds. I already paid postage once to return it once, so obviously I'm not going to pursue this with these crooks. Believe the negative reviews, I wish I had done my homework.
