When my order did not arrive in 2 weeks I called to check the status of my order. I was provided the tracking number and on tracking I realized that the product did arrive and was lying at the local post office. The reps coordinated and made sure that order was delivered in two days. The reps at canadapetcare.com was helpful and the prices are great!
