Reading some of these bad feedback makes me really sad! The feedback isn't about if your item is too big. Or the handbag you received was much bigger then you thought! They post all their measurements on their website. So it's not their fault you didn't check the size! It's supposed to be about the quality of the item you received & your service you get from this company! By YOU GIVING BAD FEEDBACK YOU ARE ONLY HURTING THE ANIMALS! I have bought for many years from this company. And the products have always been very good & their service has been superb! Plus by buying from this company your helping to feed the stray animals! So quit whining & move on, if your not happy that your shirt didn't fit!

Where there are circumstances with a customer's purchase that we didn't directly cause a problem we do encourage our customers to contact us in any form they see fit and we will be happy to offer solutions to our customers to improve their experience or buying decision. And of course we would prefer that our Customer Service team is contacted to try and resolve an issue before a review is written.
