I called to ask if I could cancel my account with both ShoeDazzle and JustFab and although the customer service was very smooth and nice, getting the point through that I *actually* wanted to cancel my account and not "skip the month" every tedious 4 weeks was a PAIN IN THE A**. I understand how they may be a little reluctant upon cancelling customers' accounts because hey- no more money for them. But I literally had to sit through the tellers' speech of repeating every. Waking. Option. Instead of accepting the fact that I wanted to cancel for an ungodly long amount of time, even though I repeated my valid reason for cancellation numerous times. In the end, the ShoeDazzle service wouldn't even delete my account! I eventually hung up and I hope to have better luck tomorrow.
