I ordered my phone on here. After i wrote an email asking about my order they never responded. After i wrote a review did they respond, now they always respond to me. I have been waiting for about 3 weeks and I'm really getting pissed. My tracking number isn't found and I'm told its on it way. I really will not believe them until my phone is in my hands. Until then im skeptical

Thank you for your review. We very much regret that the issue has occurred.

If you have got the tracking number then you can use it track on the tracking website. If you just got it recently, please check it after few days due to the information on the website update very slowly recently.

Flat rate shipping will transport hundreds, often thousands, of packages overland by truck or overseas by ship which is much slower than air transport. Due to this very long travel time, occasionally there may be accidents or delays that affect the overall shipping time. This is outside our control.

We would highly appreciate if you could wait patiently. Thank you very much for your patience and kind support.
