I fully understand that you have been waiting for your order since this was already declared as shipped by the seller. I have gone ahead to track this shipment and it seems that until now the website shows no update for the shipment.
For the quickest resolution, We would suggest that you file a\"Dispute Case\" for this order so that you can ask for a refund or a replacement and at the same time the seller will be notified directly.
To file the Dispute case please go to your Active orders page and click the\"Shipped\" orders located at the LEFT SIDE of the page then you will see your order number there (please do not click the order number). After that, on the RIGHT SIDE of the order number you will see the option\"Return and Refund\" and you will just need to click that to fill out the needed information to file the Dispute. Just an additional information, we are still getting a hold of your payment for this order and we will not yet release it to the seller without your permission, that is for sure. We also assure you that we will pay attention with this situation you have. This will be all in Very good Progress!
