This company has sales people that misrepresent how they are going to work with you. There is NO FREE QUOTE. First they said I would be able to review the contract before they withdrew from my account. NOT! You must read the fine print when they send the contract (unsolicited, I sent a return email that I was no longer interested in the contract) as well as taking the money out of my account. You have very few days to resend and establish you should be credited. When you do, you must do it by phone. They will do everything by email and electronic signature so look for the "click here" to make sure they get your electronic signature. After that keep watching your account. It has been more than a month and I am now calling daily with promises it will be credited in a few hours. My bank is also called that afternoon of the same day as the call and the credit is still not made. Also IF YOU ARE ON THE WEST COAST THIS IS AN EAST COAST COMPANY AND CLOSES ITS DOORS AS OF 5:00 OR MAYBE 4:00PM EDT.(Especially the "accounting department". The contract is not really of any value because every repair "warranteed" is set limit and not the whole vehicle is covered.
