I ordered three magnets; one was printed fine, the other two had obvious flaws (a black dot at the top of one and crooked placement of the graphic on the other). It took almost two months and many e-mails before I received replacements for the poor print job. They don't seem to proof all of their printing before sending out the items.

Tip for consumers:
Be persistent when needing a replacement. Customer service seems to be outsourced, so be prepared to send the same information and photos of the defective item(s) several times to the various customer service reps who will reply to your e-mails.
