A horrific experience. My flight was canceled after being on the tarmac for 3 hours. All of justfly's customer service is handled by call centers. There were serious language barriers because I am only fluent in English but worse than that they refused to transfer me to a manager and despite the airline authorizing full refunds for ALL tickets including non refundable ones, It took hours of stressful, frustrating and time consuming calls with long waits and in the end Justfly did not refund my money and I had to purchase a new ticket from another airline for twice the money I spent on the original ticket. Unacceptable. Never again will I use them.
